We know that some of our customers have cases where they manage similar data for several counterparts. Currently ComplyTo supports only one counterpart per type of data you manage or one counterpart per system where the data is kept.

However we are in the process of implementing functionality so you can have several counterparts for per type of personal data.

Consequently we advise that you use a placeholder to identify the group of counterparts (eg. customers) when completing the wizard. Thus we can create one data processor agreement for the group "customer". Shortly, we will implement functionalities allowing you to "split" the data processor agreement into several similar agreements, containing your different counterparts details.

We will announce it with newsletter, as soon as this functionality is available

(If you can not wait until the functionality is available, you can use the "generated data processor agreement" and manually insert counterpart info to get the same result)
